Since leaving the United States Department of the Treasury and his admission to the Bar in 1981, Roy F. Gelineau, Jr. has practiced in both the public and private sectors. As Public Administrator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as City Solicitor for the City of Beverly, Massachusetts, and as private counsel to individuals and organizations, Roy has represented his clients in all manner of forums, from local municipal boards to federal trial courts.
Roy also consults on political campaigns. He has advised and counseled candidates for elective office at all levels of government and he has played active roles in successful campaigns for local, state and federal offices.
